Overview
G'day! I'm Marcus Clarkson and having worked with Australia's businesses for 25 years, I've seen anxiety touch every corner of every workplace I visit. Workplace anxiety is not trapped in the boardrooms of Collins Street nor does it fester mine sites in the Pilbara.
This training program comes from real conversations with real people in real situations. It was made for anyone who has ever had their stomach drop at the sight of their boss's name in their inbox, or who has spent sleepless nights rehearsing what they'll say at tomorrow's meeting.
We're not here to tell you to "relax" – we're here to provide some real, practical tools that can be implemented in the messy, complex world of Australian workplaces. This isn't textbook theory; these are tactics that have been tried and tested in boardrooms, factory floors and all the spaces in between.
